Once lockdown restrictions are lifted, Goodeats’ table ordering service will be in-demand. Goodeats is able to pivot from a click & collect service to a table ordering service in an instant and ensures your in-dining facilities cover an automated ordering and payment process through table-side ordering. You’ll therefore ensure an optimised service in both speed and a smoother ordering and payment process overall.
When you decide to reject an order due to any reason including lack of inventory, influx of demand or the item is no longer available, you can reject the order. You’ll be given the opportunity to add a note explaining the reason for the cancellation and customise this to your liking. Customers will be able to view this via Goodeats as well as receive an email with your explanation and the refund will be automatically refunded within 3-5 working days.
Unfortunately, no. Customers may want to cancel their entire order if key items aren’t available. You’ll always be able to reject the order and specify what’s available and what isn’t with the custom note attached – your customers can opt to re-order with an adjusted order.
